By downloading, installing, or using any Meraci application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Meraci develops AI-powered applications designed to help users improve various aspects of their personal development. Our apps are for personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription Required: Access to premium features requires an active subscription
• Pricing: Introductory offer $3.99 per week, then $7.99 per week, or $29.99 per month
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your voice recordings and other content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. Your content remains your property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious content or code

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meraci and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Meraci be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

10. Medical Disclaimer

Meraci apps are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Apple App Store Terms

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and Meraci only, not with Apple, and Apple has no responsibility for the App or its content. Your use of the App must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
